Up until 2020 (aged 30), my entire life revolved around dance. It's who I was and what I was meant to do. I was born to a dance teacher, you see. I loved to dance from the minute I could walk and naturally, everyone decided that I was going to be a dancer, so I went with it.

I trained professionally, got my teaching qualifications, and found my passion by teaching for my Mum at her studio. I believe teaching these children got me out of a terrible few years of Anxiety and Depression. They gave me purpose and reason to smile and live.
I had my own child aged 24, and I soon realised that the teaching life wasn't going to last. In 2019 I gave birth to my son. By this stage I had lost my fire and passion, my choreography wasn't as impressive as it once was, I started suffering from Anxiety again, and I knew that something had to change; and it did, in a way that nobody would have ever imagined...

COVID! 🦠
Well, as strange as this time was for all of us, it was like a new lease of life for me. It was the answer to the wishes I never knew I had made! I wanted to learn!! I wanted to take control of my life and my future! 🤩
I put time and money into tonnes of online courses and learning during lockdowns. I had already done lots of admin and social media for my Mums school, I was good at it and I enjoyed it. I got everything together and made a vague plan, thinking it would take a while to take off. Well... I can tell you now that my 'vague plan' did not go to plan!
Once the dance world got wind of what I was doing, it just took off!

I decided, rather than set limits on how many clients I could manage on my own, I would hire my team to distribute the workload. So, with a thorough selection process, (out of over 50 applicants), I built a team that I could not be more proud of. We are helping so many business owners get freedom in their businesses AND IN THEIR LIVES - which is SO important to me.
